We currently ship only within India. Orders for international addresses are not accepted at this time.

• Order Processing Time
  Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  

• Delivery Timeframe
  Estimated delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
  Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
  We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events, but we will do our best to support you during such situations.

We use high-quality, protective packaging for fragile items like ceramics, mirrors, and glass decor. In case of damage in transit, please report the issue with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery at avaabode15@gmail.com.

Return & Refund

• We accept return or refund requests within 48 hours of delivery.
  After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
  

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item
• For any return or damage claim, an unedited opening video of the package is mandatory. Please ensure you record the video while unboxing, as only opening videos will be accepted as valid proof.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase and unpacking video ( if required ), photos of the item and packaging.

The returns are only accepted for items that are:
Damaged or defective
Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please do not return items without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.
